What does our new value - CONNECT - mean?
I think our new value connect means talking and communicating with others. Also getting to help new people that I haven't worked with before.


How have you Connected this week?  Remember to show evidence, actual times and how.
I connected with Jack.C at lunchtime by when we play touch it is always me and Jack.C doing footsies to figure out the teams.




How could you become better at this value?
I could become better at connecting by when I have a challenge I connect with others to help finish all my work. Also making new friends that I haven't meet before.

Maths Knowledge/Strategy Reflection What was the strategy/knowledge that you were learning? The strategy/knowledge I used was...I can add/subtract using the place value strategy. How well did you use the strategy/knowledge? Give an example I used the strategy…well because when I did the three digit number sheet I broke it down well by doing it in order 100s,10s and ones. What challenges/ mistakes helped you with this new strategy/knowledge? This helped me because..really focusing on the three digit number sheet to get it right.

Cross Country Reflection 1. How did your Cross Country training go? I went okay  because kept my pace over the whole fortnight. Yes I improved my lap number because I didn't worry how far in front Ethan was to me I paced myself to get in front myself to get in front . 3. What value did you show on Friday at Cross Country? How? I showed brave by when I didn't feel to good I pushed myself to the finish line. 4. Who else did you notice showing one of our school values (they could be from another class or syndicate)? How? Kaden Wilson showed  connect be encouraging everyone who he saw to make them feel good.

Term 2 Visual Art - “Creature Features” Name of your creature: black mamba draft What part of your sketch did you find the most challenging and why? The hardest part for me was doing one layer of scales with pencil and having to do the second layer with a sharp black colouring pencil which took some time. final piece What part of your final piece do you like the most and why? I liked the face the most because it had unique feature to make it stand out.
